Here's a recipe that's about as easy as it gets.
use a clear, not opaque , easy pour 101.4 fl oz bottle of Ice Mountain water
pour a couple of cups of the water in something to make room for the tea bags to float freely
fold and slide three family size tea bags [ I prefer Luzianne ] into the mouth of the bottle and allow enough string for the bags to float freely with tabs left hanging
replace top to hold teabags in place and sit in direct sunlight
remove from sun when tea looks right
carefully pull tea bags out one at a time
[ do not squeeze bags it will make tea cloudy ]
if you break a string and lose a bag you be fucked and will have to start over
add one cup sugar and shake
serve well iced , as with all southern libations
Now sit back , put on some Elvis , burn one and enjoy your tea...
This is when it looks right

it will get bitter
