Lemonade
Years ago Eddie Murphy did a comedy routine about Elvis. He said no matter what Elvis sang he made it sound sexy.
Then he proceeded to sing as Elvis " Lemonade , that cool refreshing drink...
Now everytime I make lemonade , and I make it a lot , that silly song runs thru my mind. Here's how to make the easiest lemonade ever.
3 large or four to five small lemons
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 gallon water
juice the lemons by rolling them on a counter top a few times , cut and sqeeze using juicer
use a gallon jug of water and pour about half of it in a pitcher for later use
add sugar to jug of water and shake until dissolved
add juice from lemons and shake
add the rest of the water and shake
Now this is the important part , lemonade must be served cold , not chilled , cold
Fill the pitcher three quarters of the way with ice , pour lemonade over ice and stir vigorously.
Then pour lemonade from pitcher into glass filled with ice.
You will not be disappointed. Great source of vitamin C. I hope you enjoy.
